We ensure that our ladies are always hygienically prepared for every booking. We also expect our customers to adhere to hygienic standards during a booking.
We deliver the ladies discreetly at an appropriate distance. If you have specific preferences regarding the lady’s delivery location, please discuss this with us.
At Club Casanova we offer bookings without hidden costs. We communicate clearly and transparently, and our prices can be found on the homepage.
Our ladies determine their own working hours and schedules. We do not work with fixed schedules. Contact us for more information about the availability and working hours of our ladies.
Yes, Club Casanova has a permit from the municipality, which is valid until 2026. As a result, we operate completely legally and in accordance with the legal rules of the government and the municipality. We also follow the National Hygiene and Safety Guidelines.
When booking a lady at Club Casanova, you set a time frame with our agency for which a specific price applies. How you want to use this time is completely up to you. Please note that our minimum booking duration is one hour. We do not offer bookings of just 30 minutes.
No, at Club Casanova it is not possible to book via email. Please contact us by telephone to arrange your booking.
No, we do not allow ‘wap’ (use of narcotics) bookings as this could endanger the safety of our ladies and customers. Our prices are in line with the market, including travel costs for our drivers. Our regular price is €220 per hour within a radius of 10 kilometers.

There are two payment options available for your bookings:
We would like to point out that the lady is only paid upon arrival on location. After payment the lady will provide the service.
Cancellation costs will be charged due to the reserved time slot, as well as for petrol costs, driver, lady and administrative costs. The cancellation costs are €50.”
No, it is not possible to negotiate the price of a booking.
If you would like to extend your booking please let the lady know and she will let us know. Renewals must be paid to the lady immediately after confirmation, either in cash or via Tikkie.”
In case of unexpected cancellation, while the lady is already on her way, you have the option to cancel the appointment. However, please note that cancellation fees will apply due to the allocated time slot and fuel, driver, lady and administration costs.
We kindly request that you inform us of the cancellation by telephone. The costs for cancellation are €50. If you notify us of the cancellation within 15 kilometers of departure, we may consider not charging any costs.
Yes, it is possible to book an additional lady during your current appointment, but this must be discussed with available ladies. Please contact us for further details.
It may happen that there is no connection with the lady and that you want to cancel the booking. We respect your decision, but must take into account costs incurred, such as travel costs. However, we are willing to be flexible depending on the distance the lady has traveled. Please note that we charge for distances over 15 kilometers.
We would like to ask you to inform us of your cancellation by telephone or to the lady on site. The costs for cancellation are € 50.
No, we do not accept post payments for bookings.
